"What a beautiful resort . Great pool amazing views and beautiful beach . We had some ants but that can be expected when the doors to your rooms are not sealed. Beside that was very clean staff was right there if you needed something and will to help . I give it a 5 star "

"While the property was absolutely beautiful, the customer service and and hospitality were lacking. I find it confusing to see so many raving reviews, yet our experience was so different. It felt like all the attention went to building a beautiful 5 star resort, but there was no staff training to create the experience you’d expect at a place this nice. We sat at the pool for about 20mins and were handed our menus (There was only 2 other people at the pool this entire time). After about 40+ mins we realized no one was coming back to take our order. We had to walk to 3 separate restos/bar because no one seemed"
