Complete luxury with a setting in the hill/mountains of the Douro valley that is right out of movie setting. Friendly helpful staff always eager to help. The room was luxurious, the included breakfast was just out of this world. Off season prices made this incredible place even better! The only reason I gave it 5 starts was because 6-7-8 were not available!"

"This place is spectacular. The view is incredible and the rooms are beautiful. The hosts were very communicative and helped with our questions. Loved the complimentary snacks. I only stayed overnight and wish I could have enjoyed it more. Just fyi, there is nothing walkable. You have to drive at least 7-8 minutes to get to town. "
