"Staff so friendly and welcoming always ready to assist and help. Was pleasantly surprised by the double bedroom so massive and spacious. Loved the vibe of the hotel very clean and neat decor was so shick and modern. Highly recommended and over the road was the best shopping mall and down the road the Dandenong Markets - a must . Will be back at the Holiday Inn trusted brand indeed."

"Nightcap in Keysborough truly exceeded our expectations during our Melbourne trip! After a chaotic week and some disappointing hotel experiences, their warm welcome and seamless check-in were a lifesaver. The staff, especially the manager, provided exceptional service. We wish we could have stayed longer, as it felt like home. The rooms were always clean, which was particularly important for my husband, who has cancer. A huge thank you to the Nightcap staff! Hope to see you guys again in the...
