This is the only hotel we've ever stayed in where we were given a personal tour of the facilities. I must say this is probably the best 5-star hotel in Barcelona. I've stayed at many others: Hotel Do, El Place, Cotton House, The One, Mandarine Oriental, The Majestic, etc, and this is certainly my favorite. Starting from the location: right at the center of Passeig de Gracia, at a beautiful building. It's very clean and polished, and by clean I meant CLEAN. Location amazing

Just loved this hotel. Its a bit austere if you don't like modern but plenty of amenities, like bathrobes, slippers and even a FREE mini bar with soft drinks and beer. From the room you could see the top of one of Gaudi buildings on the next block just around the corner. Expensive high end stores to gawk at and beautiful architecture everywhere. It has a pool and spa area. I highly recommend the buffet breakfast it is a taste treat. Behind the hotel is a courtyard which is served by the bar....

Great stay in Barcelona! Beautiful five star hotel. Be sure you get an upgrade room NOT a corner as it was small for our friends. Lovely neighborhood, easy to get to other areas walking or by taxi. Very safe. Hotel staff was outstanding. Hotel has amazing veranda for cocktails, and the décor was very upscale. Lap pool on roof was beautiful. Bar area lovely. This was definitely a five star. Worth the money.

It was walking distance to the great shopping stores. I like the tourist areas that were close by. Also, the staff were very friendly, and the design of the lobby was amazing. I loved the museum pieces in the lobby. We received a nice bottle of champagne the first evening. It was a lovely surprise. Also the unlimited mini bar was a great treat.

Our family of 4, which included two older teenagers, booked 2 rooms for our stay over Christmas. We were a bit apprehensive upon reading some less than positive reviews, however our experience was fine. The hallways are very dark black with minimal strips of lighting on the floors and by the door numbers which our teenagers thought was awesome and the adults needed to get used to. An amazing hotel that is close to almost many of Barcelona attraction walking. A very friendly hotel staff who have a smile in their face all the time. Very clean room for the eight nights i spent with my wife and two years old kid.

The most beautiful well-appointed large apartment/hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Full kitchen with every essential!! The styling, decor and quality surpassed any expectation. Fabulous location on Diagonal/Augusta walking to 4 Guadi houses, Passeig de Gracia and Placa Catalunya. The most beautiful roofdeck in a Central Barcelona! Amazing for a family vacation!!! very special hotel , super privet, top of the line with a very strong attention to details. the most friendly , helpful service possible. the stuff are truly caring and friendly and helped us feel at home in the hotel and in the city very quickly. Rooms are sound and light proof - combine that with a very good Bed and you are at risk to never leave the hotel- set an Alarm.. we did'nt :-) many good placed to both visit and eat right next door. a very good choice - we will be back for sure.
