"Our stay was very brief during a layover flight, but we found the hotel and staff to be very accommodating. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Madrid!"
"Really nice hotel with great location in Madrid with very short walking distance to almost all you want to see and visit in Madrid. Pool area is really nice for relaxing from the bustling city. We can only recommend selecting this hotel when visiting Madrid."
"Amazing hotel! Brand new, well located in the heart of Madrid, beautiful design, very comfortable bed. Thank you to Pilar at the reception for being so welcoming. The rooftop with the pool is great. Highly recommend "
"Superb hotel centrally located by Plaza Espana metro station with easy access to taxis, tours, great restaurants and tourist attractions. Staff was excellent, with special thanks to Ahmad. I've been to Madrid several times & this is the best hotel I've experienced."
"Great property location right near to everything in Madrid. Hotel was clean, tidy with a great breakfast and hotel rooftop to see some amazing sunsets and spend time by the pool"
"We stayed in Madrid for a couple of nights, and this hotel was a great choice. It’s centrally located and within walking distance of many of the city’s top attractions.
Our flight from the U.S. arrived early, and we were fortunate that a room was available. We were even upgraded to a balcony room overlooking Gran Vía. Despite the busy location, the room was surprisingly quiet, with only the occasional siren.
The staff was courteous and professional, and the room was clean and comfortable. We...
"Great apartment in Gran Via, with air conditioning, comfortable bed and useful kitchen. Stayed for a festival. Good transport links and perfect for exploring Madrid. Roof top bar and pool with a few sun beds was great, but obviously very popular as it was 40°!"
"A regular hotel, a bit overpriced but very standard in the Gran Vía. Didn´t try the food or breakfast, as prefer to eat outside where many excellent choices abound. It´s Madrid after all.
Due the location, not regrets to return any time if possible.
As most of the theaters and musicals are walking distance the location covered the extra cost to stay there."
"Beautiful hotel and very well located. We walked to La Puerta de Alcalá, Plaza mayor and Plaza del Sol. Many restaurants close by, and the Atocha train station is also about a couple of blocks away from the hotel."
"Very nice and affordable for Madrid. Room to spread out. Walkable to a lot of Madrid. Front desk staff very helpful with recommendations and advice. Pool bar on roof great spot before bedtime."
"What a beautiful hotel. The aesthetics only outdone by the wonderfully helpful and generous staff!! We’re truly sad to leave. And would easily return to this property. Thank you for everything!!"

The building, the service, the decoration, the food, everything was perfect. Very very very nice Hotel. Became quickly my number one Hotel to stay in Madrid.
A nice hotel that is walking distance from the Madrid south bus station. The breakfast provided a good range of options, including fresh orange juice and fruits. Located on a major street with a variety of shops, cafes. A bit of a walk to the nearest (Pacifico) Metro station, so that should be considered with regard to luggage.
Slight mixup with reservation but they made up for it with an upgrade. Staff friendly and accommodating. Appreciated being able to leave our bags for 3 hours after check out. Every thing clean and new
The first time I ever stayed in Madrid that was not in a “hotel”and this place made me feel like I was living in Madrid. I know this area well as I have friends that lived close by, if you’re are walker like me you can cover most of the city in a few hours without using the metro. Great place !
It's a beautiful building super well locates in front of the park and it has one the best service I've ever had in Spain. The staff is super attentive. The only thing to improve is that the sink was all scratced but everything else was great. I would definitely stay here again
What I did not like was the lady staff at the front counter the day that we arrived. She was not helpful to our inquiries regarding visit to the Royal Palace and other attractions in Madrid
This hotel is conveniently located near several points of interest, especially the Atocha train station. The hotel is on a corner which makes it easy to grab a taxi. We walked 10 minutes to Prado Museum. The room was quite comfortable for 4 people. We stayed overnight to grab the train so it was perfect!
We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights and absolutely loved it! Although it's located on a busy street, our room was very quiet thanks to the noise-cancelling windows and electric shutters. Both the room and bathroom were spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed, including shaving and dental kits, shower caps, and a variety of cute little bottles of toiletries. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the city. We’ll definitely...
This was a great choice. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center in an upscale, quiet neighborhood, keeping the traveler away from the hustle and bustle when comes the time to retreat and energize for the next sight seeing day! Everything a tourist needs to see in this city is within walking distance. I highly recumbent this place.
As noted in other reviews this hotel is in a residential area which equates to a quiet and secure stay. Very attentive and helpful staff at all levels. We stayed here at the beginning of our stay and then again tens days later prior to leaving for a total of five nights. Both times were wonderful. The breakfast is expansive and complete. "Fresh" squeezed orange juice daily. Complimentary beer, wine, sandwiches, small salads, coffee and tea all day. An honor liqueur bar. Very clean and well...
