An almost perfect stay from the early check-in provided by Vanessa to the very efficient and quick check-out. The cleaning service is perfect, the Wi-Fi worked very well, and the room is very comfortable. The only downside is the soundproofing, which left something to be desired, both for outside noise and for noise from the hallway and adjacent guests.

The room had a massive bed with most amenities associated with a 4 star hotel. Cleaning staff ensure the room was cleaned everyday The only thing missing was a kettle so you can make your cup of tea. The room had a coffee pod machine. The location of the hotel is excellent for most of the popular attractions. Had an excellent break Thanks David & Fiona B
