Close to CGN airport, wonderful hotel and lovely rooms. Airport shuttle and friendly staff. Definitely recommend.

There was a kitchen, but I didn't use it. The interior design and everything else was very nice, compfy and functional. Very clean, quiet and accommodating service by friendly personal. The inn is also conveniently located to a public transportion hub.

Nice pool/spa area. At times it feels lime a maze but the Palace is beautiful. Note that it isn't isolated. You're in a suburban area really, with grocery stores and more affordable restaurants. Great venue for a wedding

I am a solo traveler and I was looking for a hotel not too far from the cathedral and that offered parking and breakfast. This hotel was a good option and it had a great location. 20 minutes walking to the catedral, next to the arena too and there is a train station near by and many restaurants around the area. We’ve stayed at a few hotels in Germany this year but this has been, by far, the best experience all the way around. They did not use COVID-19 as an excuse why they didn’t or have anything that your paying for anyway such as cleaning your room. The staff was just perfect. Our view of the Dom from our room was incredible and the location of the hotel couldn’t have been better!

Super chic, room is well thought out for layout and nice view of the Church of St.Ursula. Also located in central area close to Koln Trainstation.

From the check in process to all the way to check out and preparing our rental car for our next destination was amazing and thoughtfully done. The location is amazing and i would not consider anything else if i am staying in Cologne again.
