Place was good. A bit too far from city center, you may need a vehicle since public transportation is a bit complicated (not a direct route). But stag was friendly and place clean
From the check in process to all the way to check out and preparing our rental car for our next destination was amazing and thoughtfully done. The location is amazing and i would not consider anything else if i am staying in Cologne again.
Nice pool/spa area. At times it feels lime a maze but the Palace is beautiful. Note that it isn't isolated. You're in a suburban area really, with grocery stores and more affordable restaurants. Great venue for a wedding
I am a solo traveler and I was looking for a hotel not too far from the cathedral and that offered parking and breakfast.
This hotel was a good option and it had a great location.
20 minutes walking to the catedral, next to the arena too and there is a train station near by and many restaurants around the area.
The hotel offers parking but you will have to pay separately upon check-out.

We’ve stayed at a few hotels in Germany this year but this has been, by far, the best experience all the way around. They did not use COVID-19 as an excuse why they didn’t or have anything that your paying for anyway such as cleaning your room. The staff was just perfect. Our view of the Dom from our room was incredible and the location of the hotel couldn’t have been better!
The room looked like the pictures and was very large. I rented one of the apartments. The shower was amazing. Super convenient to the train and there's a grocery store one block behind the hotel. Only real negative was they only give you one pod for the coffee machine, but you can buy coffee and tea around the corner. I would stay here again.

We loved this Motel One. The gentleman that checked us in was so kind and explained everything that was available for us. He spoke great English so that was an extra plus! The room was very clean and no outside noises. The lobby is very nice and for a fee, the most beautiful buffet I’ve ever seen with everything imaginable. It’s a postcard presentation. Perfect location if you’re going to a concert at the Palladium. Brand new property with restaurants close by. Friendly staff and everything was so clean! Will stay here again for sure!
