Amazing staff, from the check-in to the restaurant. Everyone was absolutely amazing, friendly and made the stay feel like home. This usually starts at the top with the hotel management for hiring and training great people, but I have to commend the entire staff of the hotel. Get a room favorite little market plaza as you feel like you are part of every bar party going on every night. Walkable distance to all must go places, and I mean a short 5-10 minute walk. Cathedral, shopping, dining, all within a short stroll. I would not stay anywhere else on my next visit to Cologne!

Location is wonderful, near Cathedral and in the middle of a nice platz. The property is wide, new furniture, helpful staff, first level amenities. Price was insane in the city those days because of 3 simultaneous events. All staff was nice and kind.

I am very amazed by the standard of service and the quality and cleanliness of the room. The staff were very helpful, although we had to check in late, the self-check-in process is very easy to navigate, and we feel very comfortable even having to check in on our own, as the process is smooth. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The location of the hotel is really good, being mostly 5 minutes walk away from every location. Strongly recommend, and we would definitely want to stay in the same hotel if we return.
