The hotel was phenomenal! We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to stay there again in the future!

The check-in process was easy and the room was very nice. Giovanni was extremely helpful and gave us the name of a restaurant to try out. Casa Juan’s was very good and a close walk from the hotel.

Gorgeous and pleasant hotel. The only thing I could suggest they fix is that the hot water takes a while to come out of the shower. I would definitely come again sometime.

Fantastic space with a great view of the ocean. Walkable to a delightful area of coconut grove. Hint: obtain your keys for the elevator through the front desk.

Very nice hotel tucked away from a lot of the house. Nice lobby with a terrific (free) Happy Hour and pretty good breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. Decent fitness room.

One of the best experience. I didn't have to worry about anything. Whenever I asked for something , somebody was there to respond. Not to mention how clean my room was on every details. I felt very comfortable and I would recommend it in a blink of an eye, not to mention the location.

Good freshening smell from the moment you walk in, friendly service, good area. Offered to hold my bags while I wait by the pool an hour before my room was ready. The buffet breakfast was only like $19. Would recommend and stay again!!!

The hotel building is gorgeous and perfectly located in Coconut Grove! Everything is a short walk right outside the hotel entrance and you are in the heart of everything. Loved the pool, free parking and beautiful views from my room. The room was always the perfect temperature and the bed was very comfortable. I will 100% be staying here every time I visit my daughter at University of Miami. ❤️

I enjoyed my stay very much. Check in time is a bit late, but the staff were courteous and professional. Next time, I’d like to see about a view of the bay.. 🏝️

We arrived late in the evening but had a very easy check in. Nice comfortable room with a view and very comfortable beds.. Wish we could have stayed longer. This was just a stay over before cruising.

Loved the hotel, staff was excellent! Had a great stay, room was awesome. The only thing i didnt like was the valet service as we were late getting somewhere as we had to wait for our car. Inconvenience for us. Would loved to have just parked our own car. And was told the valet was included , but they still charged us

Loved: parking included, full kitchen, price, so convenient. We got so lucky to find this gem. Highly recommend it.

Hotel was very nice, clean, room was clean, bed comfortable, beautiful room, great vibe, loved the amenities and restaurant. I will definitely stay here again.

The property is well maintained and the staff is personable and helpful. We only stayed one night had dinner in the restaurant, Riverside. Then ate there again for breakfast which was delicious. The staff at Riverside was great 👍 👌. The only issue that we had was the city view room was a bit noisy in the evening with the rooms being above a main road and drawbridge but the view was AMAZING. Loved looking at the boat going up and down the river below along with sky thru the highrises. The...

Stayed at the hotel a night before leaving for my cruise the next morning. Hotel was very nice, the continental breakfast was so/so. My only complaint was empty hand sanitizer stations. The hotel also arranged transportation to the cruise port, with an outside company only charged $15 per person. Which I was able to use again once I came back from my eight day cruise.
