"Our bathroon was locked from the inside on arrival. No soap at sink and the shower was ankle deep in 5 minutes. Nice little coffee maket, but no cups and the pods were not labelled. Response to correct these errors was very slow."

"Location was great. These are rentals in a hotel right in downtown Coconut Grove. You have plenty of restaurants and shops right outside your door. I found it extremely hard to contact the property owner. They have a cell phone listed but they will not return calls or text messages. You can see they read the texts, but won’t reply. The unit was fine but the bathroom smelled extremely bad and there was mold in the shower. I would stay the hotel next time and book directly through them"

"Unknowledgeable staff member should be warning you about important parking information at hotel. Until you almost got your car towed for parking in the reserved spot for tenants will ruin vacation and regrets you booked this place!"

"The property of Mayfair House Hotel is beautiful with the lush greenery everywhere. The rooms are lacking storage, there is none - other then 5 small draws and 4 hangers. However poorly designed, there is plenty of space for storage, empty walls that could easily be filled in with dressers etc. This was a big problem. You do not expect to be living out of a suitcase at Michelin rated hotel. House keeping was very inconsistent, and needed to be called for towards the end of the day. The bar and restaurant was great, as well as location. "
