"The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was quaint, clean and comfortable with all the amenities. The room had an Ecuadorian wood trim look. I was well attended to by the staff and the hotel was beautiful with an indoor atrium and a large restaurant that served breakfast. The hotel is at the edge of the historic district of town and within walking distance to some of the best restaurants, shopping and art related museums and sites. I was safe as the hotel was secure. I recommend staying at the Boutique Hotel Aleros if you're planning a trip to Cuenca. "
