"This hotel over exceeded our expectations. Not only it was in a an amazing location, across from the train station (it was super quiet and couldn’t hear any street noises), the staff was super friendly greeting us with champagne and the rooms mini bar is complimentary. Yes, you can have whatever you want from the mini fridge and snacks at no additional cost. The hotel restaurant was amazing with a great view of the city and the staff was friendly and so pleasant. I recommend this hotel 100%. I swear I never leave reviews because I hate being that person and I’m super picky, but this one deserved a glowing review. Oh, I can’t fail to mention that the blow dryer is a Dyson dryer and the floor on the shower/toilet section was heated. The bed was super comfortable too. I will be looking for hotels of this chain going forward. "
"I have nothing to complain about about from something a bit silly my husband like the bed I found it 2 hard and would have like an extra pillow and just a bigger tea cup for my morning tea but other than that it was really nice room service was good and the hotel was lovely clean and friendly staff "
"To start with, it's an ideal location for visiting Edinburgh's historic district. With much within walking distance getting to see this beautiful city was easy. The hotel, as an anchor point was ideal. Service levels were, as one would expect from a premium brand, superb. From the concierge and the entire support team, through the front desk staff attending to guests' needs and inquiries, to the staff in the hotel's Eve restaurant, who provided an excellent level of attention. (I can't speak for the other restaurant as we did not have the opportunity to patronise that establishment.) I will gladly return to this hotel in the future. "
