Hotel was clean and great location! Only major issue with stay was that room was way too hot, even with room AC as low as it would go (20 C). Would stay here again for sure just for the convenient location (to trams, trains, and buses, as well as Haymarket being a great neighborhood itself)… but would not stay here in the hot summer months.

Nice location in Edinburgh opposite Haymarket station. Trams and buses stop just outside. Room was clean but was incredibly small. They are box room with just a bed and tv hanging off the wall. The bathroom was equally compact. My main grumble is that we paid a lot of money for a hotel and it felt more like a Japanese sleep pod as there was no space to even have a chair. Plus side is the room we had great views overlooking Edinburgh and very close to the centre of town. The staff was friendly. There is no tea or coffee in the room but you can get that from reception area. Nice hotel but it didn’t feel value for money paying £700 for three nights that didn’t even include breakfast.
