The staff were very welcoming. I was traveling alone so decided to book the snug bedroom. I was pleasantly surprised. It was well equipped with tea and coffee facilities, large disabled access wet room. TV and an extra rad if I was cold. For the one night stay it had everything I needed. Stayed here with my daughter for one night stay. The staff were extremely helpful and the place runs like clockwork. Stunning views over Clifton Bridge from Patio Bar. A beautiful location outside the centre of town. Far and away the best place to stay in Bristol - will be back!
Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable and well located. Affordable. If you are coming to Bristol by coach the hotel is within bag-dragging distance from the coach station. Staff very friendly, breakfast impressive in its variety, rooms clean and well maintained. Beds soft with crisp white clean linen. Will look forward to coming back.
The staff were so helpful and room was very clean. I had both breakfast and dinner at the Bistro, the food was so delicious! I would definitely stay here again if I came back to the Bristol. The building itself and window views were aesthetically pleasing.
Room was large and beds and pillows very comfortable. We had a nice meal for dinner. Breakfast was included and I had the best scrambled eggs ever. Portions are large and were offered fresh fruit and cereal as well. It was a little cool but in nice weather they have nice outdoor dining and drink area. Very happy with our stay. Friendly staff.
