Room with a view of the Schunbrunn gardens and palace was worth the short metro ride to the city. The metro is across the street making it easy to get into the beautiful city of Vienna. Opera stop puts you right in the heart of Vienna. Add breakfast to your stay - it is simply the best we experienced in the 7 cities in Europe we visited , including the UK. Loved staying here! The location was good for us -- we enjoy walking, and were able to walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go. There are restaurants close by. The complimentary spa was AMAZING!!!! The subway connection was super short to several areas of town, and also a walkable area to shops and cafes.

The hotel was fantastic, breakfast was amazing and it was in a quieter part of town close to public transit.

Great Location within walking distance to all things within 1st District. New, clean and great amenities. Staff was super helpful. Great hotel for those with children as well. Would certainly recommend it.

Clean room, good location, nice personnel

When we arrived in Vienna, many streets were closed for a parade and the taxi could not get closer than 1 km from the hotel. I am mobility impaired and the hotel sent someone with a wheelchair to take me to the hotel and then he returned to take my companion with 2 suitcases to the hotel. Service in excess! The breakfast buffet was fabulous and the staff was the best! Next time in Vienna I will definitely return.

Not much of a boutique hotel person but definitely was very pleased with this hotel. Largest bed I have seen or slept on in Europe , pillows soft and comfortable. Room and bathroom larger than most places and well design. Close to all main attractions. Definitely would recommend to stay here .

I wasn't going to give this hotel 5 stars but some of this hotel staff saved our holidays. Basically we booked and asked for baby cot in the room and was not send to our room even though that we have asked the receptionist on duty to send one but again this was not send. I've called the reception in the evening and a receptionist (very friendly gentleman) provided us with a one mattress bed that we put on the floor and a baby cot. We tried many times to set up the baby cot but not us or the...
