"I didn't love my stay here. When I arrived, there was a pile of dirty laundry from the previous stay forgotten in the room. After being redirected, I spoke with a support agent on WhatsApp that kept asking unnecessary questions instead of just resolving the issue. Later in the day, it got quite warm and I realised the A/C wasn't working at all and had the same experience of generic questions from another agent. "The apartment was both modern and spacious, with a cooker and fridge. The shower room was huge, and the bed too. The apartment is just a short walk from Vienna Hetzendorf train station. The only thing missing from the apartment really was a kettle for us Brits to make a cuppa. There was a coffee maker. 😁"
