"Very beautiful place, staff is very helpful and welcome us warmly (even at 1:00am !). Excellent breakfast and the additional bed in our room (for my daughter who is 17 !) was actually a small piece with 2 bunk beds : she was very happy to not sharing her bed with us !"

"Close to main train station and tram line. In general not that close to warm to things but ideal if you are happy to use the transport system. Room on the small side but clean and modern. Unfortunately my partner had paid for the room to be decorated as a surprise for my birthday. However this wasn’t done. When we went to reception they said they could do it for the next day but this kind of defeated the purpose of the surprise. They agreed to refund the payment and were apologetic. "

"Wonderful and clean hotel in a lovely quiet neighborhood near embassies. The pictures don't do justice, the rooms/hotel look better in person! My girlfriend and I booked a premium room with a balcony, the view was amazing! When we arrived they had sone sweet treats waiting for us, what a surprise."

"It was good. We were on the 10th floor and were initially told we could not access the Executive Lounge without paying extra, but after speaking to another person at the front desk, they rectified the situation and gave us access to executive Lounge."

"Clean and tidy, well located for the Tube, didn't book breakfast as chose to eat out, bedroom and bathroom clean and tidy, great shower haha. We booked here as we were doing the Berlin Half Marathon, the hotel was also involved with the organisers of the Half Marathon and failed to tell us the bar area was closed for a private function on Friday Night. All staff helpful. "
