I really enjoyed my stay here - it was only one night of my trip and I wished I had booked it for longer. I had a river view room, and it was probably one of my favorite hotel rooms and views I have ever had. The hotel staff was very helpful (and spoke excellent English as my German is lacking). The bed was comfortable, curtains blocked light well, and it was very quiet. My only confusion was that the master switch for the electricity was a big red switch on the wall that I was afraid might be...

Very comfortable room. The location is perfect for taking public transit everywhere in the city. I would definitely stay in this hotel again and again.

This hotel was stellar. I will be booking it for my next stay in Berlin. It was in a walkable location to everything I wanted. The morning breakfast was very satisfying and convenient. The staff were polite and attentive and helpful to questions and my needs. Great job!!

This is my second stay at Titanic and it was Great ! Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet

Very convenient hotel for access to main train station and for walking the major tourist sites around Berlin center. Room initially was st up for one person (comforter on Queen bed the size of twin and only 1 bath towel) - contacted the maid and she lterally ran to get us another comforter and extra towels. Nice bar area and courtyard sitting area. Breakfast was a little steep so we didn't partake but all you need is across the street at the train station... Huge mall there...

The hotel, staff, and room were excellent. There are few restaurants in the area with the exception of a restaurant/beer garden about 3 blocks away.

Great place to stay in Berlin. New building, Rooms are small as many hotel rooms in Europe are small, although it is well designed , the room is utilizing the space properly. My son & I were very comfortable in the room. Staffs are very friendly, welcoming & helpful. The location is the greatest plus, Right in front of Hauptbahnhof, and Straßenbahn station, easy to travel everywhere. Hauptbahnhof has 4stories, I Bahn, S Bahn, ICE, with plenty of shops also has Rossmann store (snacks, water,...

Everything was perfect. There was one odd exception. We were 2 people in the room, 2 sinks in the bathroom, yet were rationed with one tube of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion for our 3 day stay. When I left the used tube open to have them notice it is empty, they closed it and put it back for the next day. So I bought the toiletries I needed. It was only on our last day that we were paid an evening visit by the staff to rearrange the bed, add a towel and a sweet. My daughter...

The location seems to be depopulated after 17:00, but that’s ok. It’s close to Alexanderplaz. The Klosterstraße U-Bahn station (U2 line) is across the street and the Rotes Rathouse station (U5 line) is maybe 4 blocks away. The breakfast options were all quite good. The room was clean and modern. The AC wasn’t as cold as my non-European comfort level would prefer, but the windows tilt open. One interesting thing to check out are the locks on the Spree river, just a short walk from the hotel....

Hotel staff was super responsive and helpful at 4am when we got in to check-in and for arranging our car to the airport at 3:30am on checkout

This is definitely one of my best experiences in traveling to Europe. What a beautiful setting, convenient and so close to all of the museums and attractions. You can walk over to fine restaurants, concerts and art exhibitions at the Museum Island. The weather was perfect in August. The city is full of history, art and culture. The people were so friendly wherever we went, and the food was exquisite just about any restaurant the we ate.

It’s a really nice hotel and they give you a free cell phone to use while you stay, as well as free beer and bottled water. Very nice gesture. It was great for the price and very centrally located.
