"Almost all was outstanding during our stay at this beautiful hotel. We found great value in our selection of a gold room which included the breakfast, evening hors d’oeuvres and beverage lounge. We are very clean people who appreciate a very clean room upon arrival. That we received. We did not leave behind a messy room AND we left a generous gratuity for housekeeping for their excellent attention during our stay. There was only one problem, although it was a big problem. Within one hour of checking out of the hotel, we realized we left something in the room. We called immediately and asked for it to be held at the front desk as we would be returning in a few days and we would pick it up. The item was never turned in as found property. I find this very disheartening."

"In need of extensive renovation. Water infiltration on floors and walls. Shower needs replacing, soundproofing also needs urgent attention. Besoin de beaucoup, de rénovation. Infiltration d'eau, sur plancher, mure. Douche a changer, insonorisation a voir de tout urgence également"

"L'eau de la picine et du spa est froide. Il y avait de la moisisure partout sur les bas de fenêtres la condansation a fait mosire les bas de mure au complet rien nest fait l'hotel est délabrée je suis extremement déçue 2 jours à 500$ je m'attends quand même à mieux, du moins au minimum une chambre dans moisissures !"
