Hotels in Naniwa

We looooooooved our stay here! It was such a nice apartment- style room with plenty of space for our family of 4. We loved the amenities of having drinks downstairs and the staff were was super helpful and friendly. The room is even better than I imagined and having a washer and dryer with included detergent really helped us out. Would recommend to anyone! It’s also close to a lot of good restaurants and shopping, 7 minute walk to Namba station which connects you anywhere in Osaka. And about a...

Good service front desk closes at 10 o'clock though

Great location for Osaka. Many things are walkable and those that aren’t the train station is just a few minutes away. The hotel is great and rooms are good sized. The breakfast buffet is decent

Exceptional customer service from all staff! The suite was also larger than I expected!

Stay was great! We are a family of 2 adults and 4 kids and there was enough space in our room for a comfortable stay. Hotel is 2 blocks from a main avenue with a lot of dinning options. The hotel doesn't ship luggage, only receives and storages them, however, there's a 7-11 a block from the hotel to ship luggage. Rooms were clean and everything was as expected. The male receptionist who spoke English was so helpful and nice. He gave our kids some boxes with treats and when we checked out, he...

This hotel is in a great location.

Great place and great service. Check in can take a while when there is a line. They need a better way to do that. Otherwise, very happy with the location and the hotel is modern and the rooms are convenient. You can hear the train if you get a lower level room so I recommend a higher floor if that bothers you.

This hotel punches way above it’s weight. Great value for what you pay. I wouldn’t be surprised to see prices go up

This hotel was right in the heart of Namba so close to the train stations and tons of restaurants. The staff was very friendly, kind, and helpful. We loved having the washer/dryer in our room so we could do laundry while we were out. There was also a kitchenette fully stocked with everything you would need to cook, but we didn't have time to cook while we were there for 2 nights. The shower was excellent. We liked having the ecofriendly slippers provided which had a thicker sole and can be...

Hotel room not huge. It was my second time checking in the hotel and they upgraded me to a bigger room complimentary. Area is nice close to subway and many food options. Great place to stay when taking the AirPort Express train to KIX airport. Staff was professional and accommodating

Great stay, super clean and lovely. Room and breakfast views of the city were amazing. Loved the breakfast buffet that’s offered in the mornings, many options available. Would definitely stay here again.

clean and spacious room. staff are very nice and welcoming. loved our stay here

Great stay. Super close to station, 1 stop from Dotonbori area (far enough away to be out of the chaos & affordable, but close enough to be super convenient). Pleasant staff. Clean room. 5☆

The location is not bad, we walked to and fromDotonbori and train station. Place is very clean and washing machine is a plus!! Definitely will book again next time!

Excellent! Rooms are small, but everything is small in Japan
