I stayed here to visit my child that attends the Art Institute and I was completely impressed. I will definitely stay here again.

We chose this hotel last minute and we were nervous because there were a couple recent negative reviews. There were 4 of us in our family and couldn't find anything negative to say about the hotel. The only disappointing fact was that the rooftop bar was not open but that wasn't a big deal. Everything was very clean. This was the fourth time I’ve stayed here, and I’ll keep coming back. The location is very handy for families of Columbia College, the rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and it’s priced well.

Excellent location for shopping and dining

The access to amenities and the property itself was very nice and exclusive.

Great location with spacious rooms for a large city. Always could get a cab outside the hotel. Our 7 year old enjoyed the short walk to Maggie Daley Park (bring bug spray in the summer) and to the River Walk. The outdoor pool was very nice after a day of sightseeing. Suggest bringing a small cooler and travel mugs if you plan to spend more than an our at the pool. There is a CVS right next to the hotel that also sells beer wine, and hard alcohol so stock up on that and snacks since a small...

Very nice place to stay. We had trouble shutting a faucet off and called the desk. Someone arrived within 2 minutes and solved the issue. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. My only complaint is with the parking. I wish I had had clearer information. We self parked but the garage was located further away than I found acceptable. Also we were charged more than stated to park because again it wasn't clear that I needed to put the parking charge on my hotel bill to get the hotel rate....

Great location by the Christmas Market in Daily Center. 24 hour coffee and cocoa in lobby was nice.

Amazing everything

Big spacious room with complete kitchen. Beautiful views of the city. Restaurants and CVS pharmacy nearby. Decent selection of foods on breakfast buffet. Walking distance to the Navy Pier, Riverwalk and the Millennium Park. Parking garage is great but it is $55/ day extra.

We liked the hotel very much. Any of the staff that we contacted regarding any issues we had were more than helpful. Our room was actually a suite, with a great bed and TV and counter in one room, and almost a conference table and TV in the other half of the room. There was also a microwave and a refrigerator in both sides of the suite. The breakfast was great, with waffle machines, and fresh hot eggs, sausage, bacon, etc, served by staff. They stayed on top of any shortages very quickly. ...

We liked how Michael/Front Desk was very helpful. Both me and my husband worked for a 5 star hotel in the Philippines and good customer service has always been imposed on us which we don’t find in most service oriented businesses anymore here and elsewhere which is sad.

Nice hotel, fair warning they take a $225 security deposit on top of the total for the room. This was not mentioned anywhere on the properties page and Expedia needs to add this detail.

Easy parking very friendly
