The pool area was just what was needed to relax after a busy day exploring the city. Our rooms have all been wonderful but this was probably the nicest yet and we have stayed, so far, in a Classic, Deluxe and a Suite with private garden. "Good size 2 bedroom apartment in a fairly modern complex with a small communal pool. 10-12 minute walk to shopping mall. Apartment has an open plan kitchen, dining and living room. Small balcony, washing machine and good wifi. Some issues: toilet seat not attached, electric shock from sink in bathroom as not earthed, air con in main bedroom not working, washing machine needed to be pulled out from underneath kitchen unit to be plugged in, power points in kitchen right above electric hob so...
"We loved the staff - very friendly! The breakfast was amazing and the beds are very comfortable. The area is also a great location as it is quiet but within 15-20 minute walk of the busy areas. The vibe and ambience is also very nice…….we would stay there again if we return to Marrakech."

I always stay at this hotel, and once again, it exceeded expectations! This time, we stayed at the Kasr, a private duplex with a terrace upstairs and a garden with direct access to the pool. It was incredibly spacious and comfortable—truly felt like home.
We had two Kasrs with connecting rooms, which made it perfect for our group. The staff were exceptional, from the front desk to the pool team, housekeeping, and in-room dining—every interaction was warm and professional.

But can afford a Nesspresso machine in the room instead of Nescafe for the price.
Balcony was too tight, impossible to use it.
Standard resort but it is nice. It’s within walking distance to the mall and some nicer restaurants. 30 minute walk takes you to the Sook And the main road you walk on is well lit and busy.
Two huge options for pools and they have daily activities like water polo & water aerobics.
Wonderful stay, wonderful staff, great evening bar and restaurant. Located in Hivernage Plaza an easy walk to the Market in Marrakech as well as other shopping. Close to the restaurant Jad Mahal too Free breakfast each morning with ample choices. The Hivernage Spa is also wonderful, with hotel guests getting free use of the steam room and well equipped gym.
