"Stayed here for my birthday. Had a complimentary room upgrade which was excellent! The staff were always extremely helpful. The breakfast was outstanding! The pool area was just what was needed to relax after a busy day exploring the city. The only negative I have to say about this hotel is that it does not serve alcohol, which is not stated anywhere in the hotel details."

Our rooms have all been wonderful but this was probably the nicest yet and we have stayed, so far, in a Classic, Deluxe and a Suite with private garden. We are a family of four with two children ages 13 and 11. We were looking for a Riad that had more than a dipping pool for relaxing and could accommodate a suite with two connecting rooms. I always stay at this hotel, and once again, it exceeded expectations! This time, we stayed at the Kasr, a private duplex with a terrace upstairs and a garden with direct access to the pool. It was incredibly spacious and comfortable—truly felt like home.
We had two Kasrs with connecting rooms, which made it perfect for our group. The staff were exceptional, from the front desk to the pool team, housekeeping, and in-room dining—every interaction was warm and professional.

Standard resort but it is nice. It’s within walking distance to the mall and some nicer restaurants. 30 minute walk takes you to the Sook And the main road you walk on is well lit and busy.
Two huge options for pools and they have daily activities like water polo & water aerobics.
I loved the property , it offered everything luxury wise.
But can afford a Nesspresso machine in the room instead of Nescafe for the price.
Balcony was too tight, impossible to use it.
Wonderful stay, wonderful staff, great evening bar and restaurant. Located in Hivernage Plaza an easy walk to the Market in Marrakech as well as other shopping. Close to the restaurant Jad Mahal too Free breakfast each morning with ample choices. The Hivernage Spa is also wonderful, with hotel guests getting free use of the steam room and well equipped gym.
An outstanding experience.
Mohammed at the front desk is wonderful. He helped direct me to the bus and a good restaurant when I needed. The rest of the staff was very friendly including the breakfast buffet server and bell hop who carried my bags to my room. Very lovely time. They are happy to welcome tourists.
