"The location was great. The lobby was interesting, old and spacious, and the staff there so nice and helpful. Our room was big, but it faced the train (the Loop?) tracks and we could hear it all night. "

"Hotel has great views of the lake and city. Breakfast was delicious. However, my TV did not even turn on when I arrived. The rooms felt like they were a bit dated. As in many of the items in the room I was in looked like they were broken or paint was chipping and there was quick fixes to cover these areas."

"The set up of the suite worked well, with the bedroom separate from the TV, desk, and bar/refrigerator area. Staff kept the room clean and provided daily cleaning, fresh towels, etc. when we asked. Restaurant on site (676) was terrific for both breakfast and dinner (we did not try lunch there). Workout room had sufficient space and variety of options for daily workouts. Location is excellent for many main sights, river access, several bus routes providing access throughout the city."

"Older property but locations is great! One block from miracle mile. Rooftop bar was great. Staff wonderful! Had a fitness center that I didn’t use but it was quite large with lots of equipment. The breakfast buffet was adequate but not spectacular. The bus stop is one block from hotel and runs frequently if you need to go downtown. Also can want subway station to go back and forth from airport. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby!"

"Really great spot right downtown. Our unit didn’t face Wabash directly so the train noise wasn’t bad at all. The staff were super responsive and friendly. The only downside is that there is only one window in the unit and it faces brick walls and other unit walls/windows. Not really a problem if you are there to sleep and then head out for the day. But if you are work-staying, you might want a bit more daylight. Overall, I would recommend, for sure! "
