The staff is top notch, always friendly , knowledgeable and helpful. Not to mention the two restaurants there are Amazing! MIRU and Tre Dita. The river walk is just outside the front door and Millennium park is just around the corner! It’s a vacation in itself!"

"I stayed here for a week during a tourist trip to Chicago. The hotel was clean and tidy with an immaculate lobby and bar. The staff at reception were attentive and very helpful whatever the query. The room itself was clean and tidy and importantly nice and quiet despite its downtown location. The bathroom was a little worn in relation to the shower but it did the job fine. The cafe on site is useful if you want a quick snack. I didn’t manage to eat at the restaurant as it is not open all...

"Our stay was amazing even though it was a short trip. It was perfect walking distance for us. We walked to the navy pier, the bean, sky tilt and my favorite of all the Harry Potter shop. Weather was beautiful. The room was perfect, the staff was funny and kind. Will definitely book again."
