"The hotel is a bit far from the city center and around not so great neighborhood but the view, the roof top terrace and the pool compensate for this. Also the staff is really nice and helpful! The hotel itself is charming with lots of art and old historical references. There is a „secret” passage to a nearby church. So different from impersonal chain hotels. The food at the restaurant could be better, but again the vibe makes it worth visiting anyhow."

"We had a good stay. Our contact, Giangi, was very responsive, welcoming and helpful. The location was pretty good if you are comfortable with lots of walking. We walked to the Duomo and the MANN museum easily, as well as from and to the train station. Note that the reception is a few floors up and the rooms are another floor up - all without an elevator - so be prepared for that. With our backpacks it was fine but I can imagine it’d be harder with suitcases. There are common areas with a fridge, water dispenser and coffee machine past the reception."
