"The room was very nice, a large space, and was in a very quiet area, with transportation close nearby. Easy walking to more "local" spots (out of the city center). The communication was good, and they were quick to respond! The room was clean- but for one bit- there are some dead mosquito residue on the walls. Other than that, great spot, great location, safe location. I recommend for female solo travelers! "

"We awoke each morning to the smell of croissants baking and fresh brewed coffee. Agostino and his parents were very attentive. Offering us suggestions on places to visits. The room was spotless, with lovely Italian linens. We both love to walk, it was just a 15 minute walk to the old town, and also conveniently located on a bus route. We would stay here again! "

"There were issues with utilities of some sort so our stay was moved to another property. The Residenza Sant'Anna is the place we stayed. Roomy, breakfast provided, Older and typical of the area. "Lovely breakfast. Rooms cleaned to a high standard every day and toiletries refreshed. Staff very friendly. Girl on the roof top bar struggled a bit when it was busy and we had to leave on one occasion before we got our drink as we had a restaurant booked and the roof bar was doing food for the first time which made service for just a drink slow. She could have done with some help. Lovely girl though and we appreciated the snacks that came with the drinks. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have made the stay absolutely perfect although there were takeaway cups at breakfast. Bed was really comfy, air con good, location was absolutely the best. Would definitely return. Be warned. The negronis are strong!"
