Very friendly staff. excellent breakfast,very clean and comfortable rooms. Hotel was close too beach,main reason I stayed and food places everywhere.

The property is convenient to restaurants and access to main highway. The front desk and housekeeping are helpful and professional.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Brooksville. Very close to everything downtown and the sweetest couple owns it. The house and the rooms were beautiful and clean. We will definitely stay again.

The hotel was quite nice. The staff was very polite and the rooms were very well maintained. The breakfasts that were offered were above average for a hotel and they had a 24-hour drink station with fresh coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. I would not hesitate to stay again at this facility.

Great spot. Friendly staff, very accommodating. My review would echo many others however, it’s time to make the investment in mattresses and pillows. For $183 per night, I deserve a good night sleep.

We have stayed here multiple times. Always friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and an awesome hot breakfast to start your day. My family travels everyother weekend to the brooksville spring hill area and I have learned to book early. We have stayed at several hotels in the area and this one by far is the best.

Exceptional room, outstanding breakfast. Other than the bathroom was a bit dark for these old eyes, stay was perfect.

Great and very clean

So underrated. This place was AMAZING! Beautiful inside and the outside. Ratings are sparse because the property is only 5 months old but wow is a gem. Excellent staff, clean room and pet friendly! My only complaint was how small the bathroom is and the bed could have been a little better but overall would stay again!

The house is fresh inside and accommodated our family of 4 wonderfully. We had extra towels and extra pillows which went a long way. Loved the washer and dryer option and the pool.
