The property was beautifully maintained and decorated, with all the amenities available to guests. The location was excellent, short stroll to many cafes, restaurants and attractions. Customer service at the hotel was excellent. Our original room booked wasn’t available when we arrived but Katherine noticed we were unhappy about it, and unprompted upgraded our room for the other days. Rooms were very spacious and new. Clean, nice location across the park and friendly bar staff especially Felix who haves excellent restaurant recommendations. Definitely will come again.

All arrangements prior to arrival were schedule with the hotel and all done accordingly. Staff at the hotel were eager to assist, friendly and helpful at all times. Well kept facilities and our suite was great. The area had a good variety of restaurants, wine tasting classes, boutique stores,etc.
This was a great find. Location was excellent with many eateries and sights close by. Minutes from the theater district. Safe area to walk at night. The service by the hotel staff is second to NONE.
Hotel is a high level business-oriented facility. Many of the guests appeared to be professionals visiting Argentina on business. Large number of airline crew present as well. Check-in was smooth, though for persons arriving on early flights, getting to your room might be a problem. I was upgraded for a moderate rate and got a room on the executive floor right away.
Be Hollywood is the nicest Boutique Hotel i've stayed at in Buenos Aires thus far! The staff was incredible! They changed in our monies at a favorable rate ( near blue dollar rate), they serve a hot breakfast ( even did so when we came to breakfast late), the staff suggested places to go, they upgraded our room promptly when we wanted a Balcony suite, they all speak English which is nice, and they assisted with transportation when needed.

Wnen I booked this place, i did so because there was a gym, pool, and massage available. I pictured my self getting massages and lounging by the pool. Unfortunately we took granddaughters age 18-22 and were running constantly. There are so mant places close by to see, restaurants that are fantastic, and all walking distance or short taxi ride. This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at, it is nicer than 400 dollar hotels I stayed at in the us an Europe. The architecture is amazing and it looks just like the pictures, the food is good, the drinks are normal priced. I stayed in a suite for 89$. I loved staying at the Hotel Pulitzer! It was in a decent location, the staff was so helpful and kind, even helping coordinate an antigen test for my flight back to the USA upon check in. They were kind enough to allow early check in and late check out as the room was available (it was winter) and I can’t stress how relaxing the bed, room and shower were after traveling around Argentina for 10 days. I highly recommend this property!
