We love this hotel. The staff could not be friendlier and the location could not be better. There is a delicious breakfast and lunch place right across the street. It is walking distance to some very nice shopping plaza.

A beautiful hotel with a kind and helpful staff. We reserved a room with a twin and king, a great setup for families. It had plenty of space for us to spread out and relax.

The room was clean and very warm on a cold winter weekend. The staff was very friendly and had excellent area recommendations. They offered luggage storage so we could spend some time in the city with a late evening flight. We would absolutely stay again!

The location was well situated in Palermo Soho, safe and walkable. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen, but it would be nice to have for longer stays. The staff was friendly. We would stay again.

8/10 Very good

Excellent location in the heart of Palermo, good, clean and spacious room, daily cleaning service, free bottles of water that are replaced every day. The main disadvantage is that the noise insulation from the street is very bad and it interferes with sleep at night. Too bad. Otherwise the score would have been 10 out of 10.
