Hotels in Upper Riviera

Absolutely an extra special way to celebrate our anniversary. View was incredible as was the room. We truly felt extra special! Thank you to Grant for the upgrade!

I stayed here for a mother daughter weekend. The room was clean, and very comfortable. It was great proximity to everything and the free parking was a HUGE plus!

Easy in and out, a great stay!

It's the little things, sometimes, and Harbor House does it in spades! We booked a two night stay so there was a gratis breakfast basket waiting for us in our room--the homemade banana bread is just like mom used to make! The kitchenette is fully appointed with utensils, dishes, even a corkscrew. We found a full-sized coffee maker with tons of coffee and fixins, including flavored creamers. Our suite had a very comfortable bed as well as a pull-out twin which was a pleasant surprise. Harbor...

Close to the beach and very clean and updated property.

Great place. Easy to park and felt like a little apartment. Loved the location. I appreciated the more central area is you know Santa Barbara and plan to drive to different locations it’s perfect.

Great location. Only a very short walk from State Street.

So many great things! The location was ideal and walkable to waterside and town sights, the rooms were clean with very quick attention to any minor problems, the staff was superlative (especially concierge Flore), and the free parking and free breakfast, with eggs, sausage, cheesy potatos, danishes, fruit, cereal, etc., were just bonuses!

Fantastic complimentary happy hour. Bed was super comfortable. Fireplace was romantic. Rain head shower was refreshing. We will be back soon.

SUPER MOTEL 6!! BEST ONE WE’VE EVER STAYED IN AND LOVED THE CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE BEACH!!

We have friends in Montecito that we visit each year, so we've stayed in quite a few hotels in the area over the years. There is only one other place that we'd stay at again, based on the comfort level of the room. The other one is closer to Stearns wharf and the beach, but a little too far from our friends.

Great little place lively and comfortable rooms

Very friendly staff. Checkout was supposedly 11am, but Marcus (the manager) told us we could leave our bags in the office. Our train didn’t leave until 4. Very cute rooms. Close to everything. Comfortable beds and many premium channels.

Very happy with the room, the house very cozy. Staff friendly. Clean. The breakfast was delicious! I would stay there anytime, I just wouldn’t stay on the second floor. I recommend the host tells the guest staying on the third floor to be more considerate when is bed time with the people in the rooms on the second floor. You can hear everything! Guests staying above were very loud, moving around till late into the night. Other than like I said, loved the place!

Excellent service good price and location

Had a really nice stay here. The location is convenient for both restaurants and the harbour. Not cheap, but represents good value for Santa Barbara.

The room was clean and the staff ( especially Lee) was very friendly and helpful. The happy hour and breakfast were great and it was nice to have free bikes to go riding around the neighborhood and waterfront. There was a nice pool, although it was too chilly for us to use it. The only negative is that the water had a sulfur smell.
