"We are always treated so well at this brand of hotel. The one housekeeper went above and beyond towards us. My husband was so impressed by her smile, politeness, and willingness to help that he went back and gave her a tip. She started to cry and said I have gas money....thank you. We all need to remember that we are all going through this thing called life. And she is, and even with that heavy burden she did not waiver and smiled and helped. Don't worry......we took care of her!!!! I can't thank the entire staff enough for always making us feel like we are at home away from home!!!!"

"Staff checking us in was lackluster bordering on rude. The room was nice. There was no conditioner in our bottle it was completely empty. The air conditioner worked amazing. The shower was HOT just wish the shower head had adjustable options. We booked last minute online for a weekday rate of $100 including tax so it was a great deal."
