The staff was amazing from the time we checked in late to the moment we checked out. After letting the nighttime front desk attendant of an issue with our room, we were accommodated and moved to an upgraded suite. Everyone was friendly, the rooms were all clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed the museum and art features throughout! I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for unique accommodations on their visit to the city!

My stay at the 21c Cincinnati was great. The hotel was clean and staff was very pleasant and helpful when needed. Myself and family came in town for the Music Festival. The hotel is within walking distance from paycor stadium and a few feet away from the street car platform which made getting to and from the stadium a breeze. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is located conveniently to Fountain Square. We ate breakfast there two days and it was very good. The cost for the hotel is reasonable but the $45 valet parking is quite steep.
