"Exceptional staff! Very pleasant and beautiful surroundings. The pool was perfect for relaxing. The location was fantastic for walking to shops, restaurants, and the lake; Less than five minutes anywhere I wanted to go. "
"A small but perfectly functional hotel, lovely pool and gardens. Quiet and close to central plaza. Owners could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Thoroughly recommend. We were a family of five."

Es un hotel lindo, confortable, se siente a gusto, en uno de los lugares más bellos del mundo. Extraordinaria la atención y las instalaciones. La comida muy buena en Balik!!!
We will be back! Mi Kasa Tu Kasa was wonderful. The staff was pleasant and helpful at all times. The hotel is well maintained and very comfortable. I don’t have any negative things to say. We will be back indeed.
The hotel was OK
The room is big and nice
Its clean, but little bit smelling.
The stuff was nice.
The hotel is 10-15 min walk from the lake and its not in the center.
Its 5 min walk from the ADO bus station.
The hotel was peaceful and beautifully maintained. It was exactly what we needed to relax and unwind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet retreat.
This hotel was the most serene and tranquil experience ever had. It felt like we had the hotel all to ourselves as there are only 17 rooms, and our bungalow was over the water with direct access to the lagoon from our back door. This was a dream, we will definitely plan to be back!
This is a unique stay in the middle of the jungle, so do expect a couple of bugs around. Yet the place is in perfect harmony with nature, respecting it and minimizing invasion.
The Staff was very attentive and friendly, especially Edgar, the F&B Manager.
The food at the inhouse restaurant is outstanding, we did most our meals there.
We stayed 5 nights, which is enough for exploring the surroundings and relaxing.
I highly recommend this place if you are looking to unplug, relax and...
If you are in Bacalar this is a must stay. Best beach on the lake is located here where it's one of the few spots with a sandy walk in beach, impressive water color, and cool pier. It is a small property with only 4 cabins so very peaceful and relaxing. Cabins were very modern with great AC. It is a short drive to the center of town, definitely recommend a car if you are staying. Staff was very helpful with coordinating restaurant deliveries if you don't feel like leaving. Irving at the bar was...
Incredible property with lovely view of the bay, crazy good service and staff. Not a thing I would change and amenities that of a place three times the price.
Beautiful property. Gorgeous pool area that feels like a little tropical oasis. Quiet and peaceful. Lovely, helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious. Overall, a delightful stay!
This hotel is located outside the busy center area and is super quiet. You hear the birds instead of the cars. The main roads offers side walks all along which you can walk for as long as you want even to centro. The view to the 7 colors lagoon is amazing from the infinity pool. The hotel is extremely clean and well maintained. Our room had issue with the toilet and they fix it right away. Super friendly staff
