Breakfast was awesome. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Rooftop bar offered a nice reprieve from a day of walking. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

This was a lovely little treasure, very near the old town of Split. We loved the cleanliness, charm, breakfast, etc.
The only drawbacks were that it was very difficult to find it with GPS (we also had a car to park- parking was free but streets are challenging to navigate) & lugging our luggage up & down the stairs (both inside & out)… but it is to be expected in Europe!
I NEVER write reviews but felt I had to write one for this new family-run hotel. What a delightful experience! My father has Parkinson's Disease, and this will probably be his last trip abroad. I had to find a hotel that could accommodate his disability (he has to use a walker). You won't find a better place to stay in Split. The hotel was Great! Although a little hard to locate. Perfect location for shopping, dining and sightseeing. The person working at the front desk when we arrived, Ivo, went out of his way to help us. My husband had gotten lost looking for the hotel, and our car was in a no park zone. Ivo found my husband, drove our car to the parking lot and made us feel so welcomed!! We would love a return trip to the lovely hotel and the gracious people that makes it special. Thanks
This space is ideally located right near the old town. Parking which is always a problem is also nearby and you can get 24 hour parking for 24euro a day. Secure and convenient with in and out privileges for day trips. There is a separately operated restaurant right on the premises and the food is spectacular. The room was spacious and comfortable. I booked 3 rooms for myself and my family. All 3 rooms were beautifully appointed. Attention to the details were perfect. Absolutely a lovely hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful in every way. The breakfast was very good and included made to order omelets.

Great place to stay, located right in the palace and close to everything. The place was very clean, cute and modern. Wifi was strong and service was very nice. Only thing I can think of improving was that shampoo was missing but I had brought my own anyway. Definitely would stay again for value.
The staff was excellent! I had food poisoning from a local restaurant and the lady at the front desk was very kind and looked up a local pharmacy for me to get electrolytes. The lobby was large and accommodating for baggage, the room was large, new and stylish with brick walls, nice bedding and renovated surroundings. I would definitely stay here again.
3 night stay in this lovely boutique hotel. Great room that combined modern comforts in bedding, air conditioning (much needed in Croatian summer) and bathroom with ancient touches (exposed walls of old building). Staff also helpful and warm to a person--everyone we interacted with from the owner to the bellhop was friendly and engaging. Truly enjoyed our stay.
We arrived well before the 2:00 check in but Ivan was quite accommodating. He cared for our bags and we found a place for coffee. Ivan texted us when the room was ready including room codes for access.
Highly recommend! Only a short 5 min walk (if that) to the walled old town this is a full sized modern apartment with a kitchen. U will enjoy the many peacocks outside even tho they can be loud. The unit had 2 balconies and a wonderful shower
Was a bit concerned with checkout where the proprietor said that the Hotel does not take credit card and I must pay cash (mentioning a nearby ATM). I said to proprietor I was worried about ATM hacking (by skimmer) and using foreign ATM's may have other risks. Because of its location on Marjan Hill, it can be a little difficult to find without GPS. We left our car parked and walked up and down to the Riva. If you aren't in reasonably good shape, you might find this to be a problem. But, once you get there, you will find a marvelous hotel. Clean, well run, wonderful staff, good bar, nice swimming pool (and I'm not much for swimming). The breakfast buffet is good and you can tell they take pride in their work.
