"What a hidden jewel! The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff, Ahmed and Kareena were exceptionally good. They made things easy for tourists by calling good and reliable cab drivers.

Very quiet area but what really impressed us was the staff service, everyone was so kind and helpful, especially the reception staff and the stuart who called a taxi for us on the last day. Nice location in a more quiet part of the new town. The hotel was gorgeous, it looked like a lovely museum! The dining area was in a beautifully detailed room overlooking a quiet pool. One interesting feature of the room was a window in the bedroom that looked directly into the bathroom- right at the shower! You and any partner should be comfortable with this when booking the room.

This place is an oasis in the insanity of the medina. The staff is very helpful, the rooms are nice and there’s a bar, which was necessary after a crazy night trying to navigate the Medina trying to get back to the hotel.
The hotel was exactly as pictured online. We ended up here at the last minute, because the hotel we originally booked was AWFUL and we had to scramble and find something quick at night, and Hotel Ari did not disappoint. It was only for one night, but we would definitely stay here again. The staff was excellent and we felt comfortable here and safe after a long day of traveling.

Our family of 5 absolutely loved this resort hotel. First, the setting is beautiful. It has pretty landscaping. Second, the location is perfect - about a 12 min walk to the Medina and close to most important sites. Third, the food is absolutely delicious, bountiful and varied.
