I loved this little gem of a hotel. The staff is lovely and the hotel is affordable and really clean. The walls are also super thick so you don’t hear the baseball games that might happen across the street. I also loved the location. The street is quiet but metro close and so many places walkable. Location, neighborhood, nice and neat room.

Love this place and we will stay here again in the future. Room was amazing for three people with 3 single beds, fresh linen-and robe daily. Free breakfast with delicious pastries included. And oh, I missed the caffucino latte served as much as you want from Am till 10:00 pm. Our experience was great!

I had an excellent stay at VIA INN Shinjuku! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. The food was delicious, offering a great variety of options. This was a fantastic hotel! The location was incredible - it is walking distance to the Yamanote train line which connects you to other main attractions in Tokyo. There is also tons of great restaurants and shops in the area as well and a convenience store in the heart of the lobby making it easy to grab food, drinks or other supplies. I was a bit skeptical, as I saw multiple APA hotels in my search, but that is because of how good it is. It is a very eco friendly hotel with a moto of "Simplified Luxury" which is exactly what it was. It was very walkable to all the major spots of Shinjuku we were looking for- the station, the tourist spots, etc. Also, all the amenities the hotel had to offer. La'gent Hotel was fantastic value for the price. Our room was small, of course, but each bed had USB charging, power outlets, and a reading light right next to them. There's a single nightstand between the two beds, but the headboards have a ledge which makes it very convenient to store anything you want to keep within arms reach at night. The Narita Airport limosine bus stops directly at this hotel, so it's very convenient if you don't want to carry a bunch of luggage on the shinkansen/local trains. There's a FamilyMart in a section of the building, on the second floor. The nearest metro station is the Akasaka-mitsuke station, and use the D exit (the yellow blocks on Google Maps). We stayed at the four beds room for a few days in May 2023. Very pleasant stay. The room is quite larger comparing with other hotels we stayed. The night was quiet, can have a very good sleep. The breakfast is the best. We enjoyed it everyday. Definitely we stay here again if we visit Tokyo in the future.

Very nice and cozy hotel! Right next to the subway so easy travel options

Staff were very nice and accommodating. The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious. The breakfast was really good. This hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the Shinjuku Station or a 3-5 minute walk from the Nishi-Shinjuku Station. I recommend and would stay here again.

We stayed for two nights. It is a perfect location if you want to visit Sensoji Temple. Breakfast buffet is excellent to start your day. Room space (we have the large corner room for three beds) is a little tight but not a big problem if you don't have large amounts of luggage. There are plenty of restaurants nearby.
