I really enjoyed my stay here. While there isn’t a lot in the immediate vicinity (though Black Angus is right next door), it’s still in a convenient part of Vancouver, next to the highway which allows quick access to Portland or Downtown Vancouver. My room was clean and comfortable, and I didn’t notice any noises outside or from other rooms, so falling asleep was no issue. We were fortunate to be greeted by Joanne at the front desk. Our long plane ride arrived earlier than expected and we were completed exhausted. We assumed that we would just leave our luggage behind the front desk and walk about the city and wait until rooms were ready. We didn't even ask if we could check in early. She took it upon herself to see if one was available and got us in right away. GREAT SERVICE .. Than you!

Just got here and it’s a nice location with good service and facilities but our room is a little old and dingy. Shower curtain moldy, tile and grout old. Not the worst ever, just could be better.

Nice and clean

The Heathman is beautiful and the staff are great. We had a few problems, though. We went to our room after being out and the door card didn’t work. We asked for help and they forgot about us. We had to call a second time. It turns out the battery had died. It took quite some time to get us in the room and we almost missed the performance we had paid for, next door. Then, when we left, it was apparent that one of the valet staff had changed the radio station and got the floor quite dirty. The...

Clean, safe, quiet, friendy staff. Beds and pillow quality was excellent. The kitchen with a stove and a full size refrigerator was a very convenient. Excellent stay. Will stay again.

I loved the location of this hotel. Staffs were very kind!

Literally only ‘complaint’ the pool was ice cube cold and hot tub jets didn’t work. BUT everything else was great!! And front desk staff very welcoming and funny!

Was comfortable

I liked the friendliness of the staff and the hotel design and ambience. I did not like that the bed was smaller than a queen, the sheets were rough. There were crowds of people right outside the hotel or in the lobby celebrating very loudly from about 11:30 pm until 2 am. At that time it appeared that they came up and occupied the room directly above us, jumping, thumping and dancing(?) until after 3 am. We never got much sleep. We heard later there had been a wedding.

This place is incredible. Beautiful, quiet, and kind staff.

Great hotel in a nice part of Portland. Wonderful entertainment inside and relaxed vibe. Great place to stay for anyone looking for a unique experience.
