I've stayed at the Heathman twice now, and it is a solid hotel. The rooms are clean and quiet. The staff is friendly. My only criticism would be the food. The food is slightly above average.

The staff were amazing, from pre-arrival, check in, dinner and check out they were kind professional and very helpful. I especially appreciate the survey provided by management the day after check out -it’s clear they care about the business. The opportunity for growth it the facility is in need of updating. Everything was incredibly clean but from carpet, bathrooms and linens the lodge is a bit outdated. This wouldn’t stop me from staying again, I booked six rooms for a team even and everyone had a positive experience.
