But remember to get the tickets from the front desk 45 minutes before it leaves the hotel. There were only 18 seats on the shuttle bus. There were a lot of people in the hotel. It seems that people like the location which is convenient to the airport."

"The best part of this hotel is that it is right next to the train station. After a long day of traveling in Europe, you want to crash in your hotel room as soon as you get back. This station is right at the Chamartín main train and metro stations. Technically, you walk out of the hotel, and you are at the Madrid Chamartín station.

As noted in other reviews this hotel is in a residential area which equates to a quiet and secure stay. Very attentive and helpful staff at all levels. We stayed here at the beginning of our stay and then again tens days later prior to leaving for a total of five nights. Both times were wonderful. The breakfast is expansive and complete. This was a great choice. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center in an upscale, quiet neighborhood, keeping the traveler away from the hustle and bustle when comes the time to retreat and energize for the next sight seeing day! Everything a tourist needs to see in this city is within walking distance. I highly recumbent this place.
Everything was absolutely amazing. This is our second time staying there they even went out of the way to deliver my wife’s bag that she forgot in the taxi.

The location was excellent in the heart of the city. The only issue we had was the air cond/heater. It didnt work; however, when we called, they came went into the roof in the room and the heat came on. Everything else was excellent.

In real estate, location is everything, and this property has it! Close to both Sol and Opera metro stations. Around the corner from the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, and tons of food options. The staff was nice, the room was clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed my stay. And by stay, I mean a comfortable place to sleep while I explore the city. I didn’t spend much time in the room, but the time I did spend there, was replenishing, and it allowed me a great jumping off place for my adventures!
