Great location and room was clean and comfortable.

Fast and easy checkin/out. Staff was extremely helpful and prompt. The free breakfast was great. Plenty of parking available. Neighbourhood was quiet and secure.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Georgetown inn. The location is great, I was attending a wedding at the Georgetown Ballroom so it was handy to be so close. It's actually walking distance, though in all honesty, it would be best not to do that at night. It's a clean hotel and the rooms are attractive ,wooden floor, crisp white linens, nice photos on the walls. It’s a beautiful hotel in great location! Loved how welcoming and grand it was to walk in there! Staff were great, my room had a great view. The only thing I didn’t like was the $25 tourism fee and a lot of fees adding up at the end. Also there was no hot tubs there.

Fantastic venue! I do wish there was a way for hotel guests to get into their concert without going outside and waiting in line - it’s boutique with only 13 rooms - you’d think they could accommodate for that - especially when it’s cold or the weather is ridiculous like it was during the Dessa concert 😅But that said, it was beautiful, the furnishings were nice - the bathroom sink fixtures were loose, pretty, but need to be tightened so easier to use. Everyone was super helpful and responsive!...

Very nice property well maintained and quiet. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and tastefully decorated. Only complaint I had was turning the tv on or off it “chimed” at a very loud level regardless of tv volume.

Keep in mind that in Seattle WA. Paying for parking is a must. The hotel charges you $64.00 a night for parking. Or parking in the street, if you find any, is from before 8 am, after 8 pm.

College Inn Hotel is exactly what it claims to be. There were no surprises for us. The room was nice, the beds were comfortable, and the fresh air with open windows at night was perfect. We never encountered anyone in the bathroom and enjoyed having our own sink, towels, and blow dryer in bedroom. The location was perfect for our needs. Thank you!

The staff is always so nice . Helped us check in quickly . When we needed some food heated up. The lady was super friendly and thoughtful. Had a smile on her face the whole time even though it was very late at night . I’m 7 months pregnant and I get random cravings . She made the stay perfect.

Definitely enjoyed my stay. Excellent hotel!
