I really enjoyed my stay at the Georgetown inn. The location is great, I was attending a wedding at the Georgetown Ballroom so it was handy to be so close. It's actually walking distance, though in all honesty, it would be best not to do that at night. It's a clean hotel and the rooms are attractive ,wooden floor, crisp white linens, nice photos on the walls. Hotel itself is great. Unfortunately, there are many homeless people in the immediate neighborhood.

The view from the room on high floor is great. There is some nicks on the furniture and paint dents in the actual room.

The property was very clean and the staff was very helpful and nice!!

It was a nice stay. Beautiful and comfortable room. Check out was a bit crazy as the cruises were coming in as we were leaving. That is understandable. The parking is incredibly easy in this location! It was super!

One of three Hyatt properties next to each other this hotel is smaller but cozy and friendly. Good restaurant, great spa with a pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, and nail salon. Walking distance from the Pike Place Market and a block away from the Paramount Theater and the Seattle Convention Center. Great food options in the blocks surrounding the hotel. I'll be back.

It’s a beautiful hotel in great location! Loved how welcoming and grand it was to walk in there! Staff were great, my room had a great view. The only thing I didn’t like was the $25 tourism fee and a lot of fees adding up at the end. Also there was no hot tubs there.

We had an incredible stay here. You can’t beat the location and the price. I felt this block was in a nicer portion of downtown. There weren’t people sleeping on the sidewalks outside and the light rail is only two blocks away. We also parked our car in a parking garage one block away for $30 a day. Would absolutely stay here again if we can get it for this great price again.

Fantastic venue! I do wish there was a way for hotel guests to get into their concert without going outside and waiting in line - it’s boutique with only 13 rooms - you’d think they could accommodate for that - especially when it’s cold or the weather is ridiculous like it was during the Dessa concert 😅But that said, it was beautiful, the furnishings were nice - the bathroom sink fixtures were loose, pretty, but need to be tightened so easier to use. Everyone was super helpful and responsive!...

The room was very nice and big. You could see the Space Needle from the window. The room was clean and the bed comfy. The only downside was the room was not ready at check in time.

We elected to not have the daily housekeeping in exchange for a $10 daily food/drink credit. However the bar was way too crowded to use it so we didn’t get to redeem it. Other credit options would be nice to have since we saved the hotel wages paid to housekeeping by doing this. Also, it would be nice to have a mini fridge rather than a mini bar in the room.

Great stay!

A reliable place to stay near light rail. We always take shuttle to airport. Shuttle very reliable too. No breakfast anymore which is a disappointment.

College Inn Hotel is exactly what it claims to be. There were no surprises for us. The room was nice, the beds were comfortable, and the fresh air with open windows at night was perfect. We never encountered anyone in the bathroom and enjoyed having our own sink, towels, and blow dryer in bedroom. The location was perfect for our needs. Thank you!

Convenient place for a night in Seattle - thanks to transit station that's a 1.5 block walk. Staff was great. Room was a little worn - stains on carpet, bathroom caulking loose. No deal breakers, but not deserving of 5 stars. We would stay here again.
