This was my second stay at the LivAway -Renton. Staff is always friendly & helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean. The location is really convenient, walking distance to a large shopping center and a few miles from the Seattle area light rail station. I will be staying here again!

This hotel and location was perfect. Very clean and nice area. Right next to Top Golf and next to food area with various restaurants and movies. Target and other stores a few blocks away. Easy with a car to get in and out of Seattle without parking hassle etc. Loved it here and I will definitely stay there again when I visit Washington state or anywhere that has LivAway Hotels.

The elevator was broken, and the staff were nice, but seemingly confused about what level of service they should provide. The stay overall was very pleasant! The condition of the property was great. The location is absolutely wonderful!

Room was nice, could have used some Kleenex. It was comfortable and generally quiet. There were a few stray hairs on towels and sheets which was kind of gross. I would stay again but recommend stronger washing machine for linens, and bumpers for the sharp corners of the beds to prevent bumping with knees.

Overall, the experience was okay. The front desk staff was friendly, the area was nice, and the property felt very safe and secure. However, the room doors were quite loud when opening and closing, and you could easily hear people in the hallway. The room also could have been cleaner, as the walls were somewhat dirty and there was dried urine on the side of the toilet. While the overall property was nice, the cleanliness and noise issues would make me choose not to stay here again.
