"After the long night flight the hotel allowed to use the pool while waiting for a room to be ready and then even offered an early check in for free. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient- literally opposite to the metro station entrance.

"I really liked this hotel and yhe room was a Junior Suite was very spacious. The elevator takes time sometimes but if your are staying in top floors which are worth the view, its worth the wait. Breakfast buffet was good and pool view was amazing. "

"I can’t recommend this hotel enough! The area is pretty decent, lots of businesses, cafés and restaurants in Business Bay. Because it’s brand-new everything is so clean, fresh, the pool is nice and the towels are super soft and fluffy. The service is amazing.
I picked the room with a view facing the Burj Khalifa and it was absolutely incredible, particularly at night with the lights of the city… I quite enjoy that the curtains electronically from your bed

. The customer service from the concierge to welcoming staff to housekeeping was really friendly and very nice. There was one issue which they tried to resolve but had no luck. The room smelled every bad along with the bathroom. It was to point where it was unbearable. They did use air fresheners but wasn't much effective. Besides that everything was really nice. "
