Excellent hotel. Second to none

Clean and great location

This is a great hotel, which is only a 15 minute walk from the Dubai Mall. Everything about my room was great; very comfortable bed, spacious room, lots of storage, and a large shower. The staff are excellent and willing to answer any question. The food in the restaurant is also excellent. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Dubai.

Amazing stay. The only down side is the distance from everything since it is located at the end of the palm.

Mina Al Salam competes with the world's best in luxury, ameneties, service and facilities. We (wife, and three children 12, 14, 19) stayed in the property for eight days and had an excellent time. Staff is competent and friendly. Highly recommend it.

It was an amazing experience ,very good location ,very hospitable staff,great breakfast. Room was clean and perfect. It is Walking distance to jbr beach ,marina mall,and DMCC metro station . I highly recommend this hotel

The hotel setting is beautiful and serene with the 3 km river running through it, pool, kids play, waterpark and private beach. We had 2 adjoining rooms overlooking the river and the rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. The hotel staff were very pleasant and gave us a warm welcome. They also took care of any bookings we needed like transportation and activities. There are a lot of good restaurants and food was excellent especially at the Al Alhambra. We would definitely stay there...

I really liked. It is but far away than center but still good

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel so much and mostly because of the amazing hospitality and kindness of all the staff starting from the reception desk to the concierge ( Mohammed) that helped us with daily tours recommandation. to all the staff in the breakfast dinning room that were so kind and charming. The best hotel we’ve ever been ! First class. Faultless , immaculate , top quality service of the staff. We definitely will want to come back.

The biggest advantages are the services, location (on the artificial island with private access to the beach), and dining options within and nearby. The disadvantage is the noise at night due to the nearby nightclub—however, it is probably a 'pro' for the younger generation.

Very good and reliable place to stay

I love this hotel, it is my go to whenever I visit Dubai. The facilities are super modern and clean and it does not have the lingering smell of smoke and age that many of the hotels do. Amazing breakfast buffet with great service. I spent 9 nights stuff was very helpful I will definitely go back again

Great location

Zabeel is my fav part of Dubai. I have been doing work related projects in Dubai for a long time and everytime I would go back to Zabeel. The most amazing staff (even for the high service level in Dubai), rooms are cozy and comfortable, honestly one of the best gyms I have used of all the hotels I have stayed all over the word, and the breakfast, oh the breakfast is to die for. Will come back everytime that I am in Dubai for sure.

Fantastic hotel service, especially when they tried to help me find my lost camera! They went out of their way to use their security footage to track down the cab where I left my camera. They got in touch with the taxi driver but my camera was never found. Either way, I was super impressed by this service.

Great hotel close to the airport for a quick nights stay. Breakfast buffet was really good and delicious. Breakfast staff very courteous. Room was comfy and spacious.
