We’ve stayed at a few hotels in Germany this year but this has been, by far, the best experience all the way around. They did not use COVID-19 as an excuse why they didn’t or have anything that your paying for anyway such as cleaning your room. The staff was just perfect. Our view of the Dom from our room was incredible and the location of the hotel couldn’t have been better!

There was a kitchen, but I didn't use it. The interior design and everything else was very nice, compfy and functional. Very clean, quiet and accommodating service by friendly personal. The inn is also conveniently located to a public transportion hub.
From the check in process to all the way to check out and preparing our rental car for our next destination was amazing and thoughtfully done. The location is amazing and i would not consider anything else if i am staying in Cologne again.
The hotel’s location couldn’t have been better, right in the heart of Cologne. The staff was very pleasant and helpful even though some didn’t speak much English but knew enough to communicate with us.
The breakfast is excellent it offers deli meats, cheeses, bacon, eggs, fruits and breads all fresh and of great quality.

Nice pool/spa area. At times it feels lime a maze but the Palace is beautiful. Note that it isn't isolated. You're in a suburban area really, with grocery stores and more affordable restaurants. Great venue for a wedding
The room looked like the pictures and was very large. I rented one of the apartments. The shower was amazing. Super convenient to the train and there's a grocery store one block behind the hotel. Only real negative was they only give you one pod for the coffee machine, but you can buy coffee and tea around the corner. I would stay here again.
My plane was two hours late and I arrived after midnight. The receptionist was so very friendly and helpful. She discussed the location of the train and the ease of getting to Bonn. She also offered to run a copy of the train schedules for me. Delightful person!
