They have a world class chef working at the hotel. I’ve stayed in at least a hundred Marriotts in the USA but this was my first Marriott in Europe. The food was terrific and the bar service was clean and neat. I appreciated how most everyone spoke great English. My room was clean and I had a great view of the city. Easy access to the Metro from here and calling an Uber was easy thanks to their front drive way. I will come back.
The executive room was modern, luxurious, and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout — except at the bar. When redeeming my wine voucher with VIP access, stuff in the bar ignored my arrival and grabbed the voucher from my hand while still on the phone. A disappointing interaction that didn’t reflect the otherwise high standards of the hotel.
Excellent breakfast buffet, clean room with very strong air conditioner that unfortunately can't adjust other than to turn on or off, excellent access to multiple public transit options.
An incredible apartment, very clean and modern. We really really liked it and for sure we will be back! It was a beautiful weather in Bucharest and were able to enjoy our morning coffee on the balcony:)

I work for Marriott in California USA, and I have to admit one of the reason why I chose this hotel was due to the fact that it is a Marriott hotel. I am pleased to say that my stay here has been fantastic and the staff and extrmemly helpful and friendly. I look forward to my next visit and to enjoy my stay with this hotel again.

My time at the Pullman Bucharest was wonderful. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas, which made me smile every time I walked through it. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property is conveniently located and most places are within walking distance. There is a hop on hop off bus stop within about a 3 minute walk. The front desk is open 24 hours and the staff was very accommodating and friendly.
The room was very clean and modern looking. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great.
I will definitely stay there again.
We had a great view from 5th floor balcony overlooking Calea Victoria. Quiet as we were up high. Great to have a bottle of wine and watch the day turn to night. Great location. Amazing breakfast.

We really liked this hotel. The room is like a small apartment with a nice kitchen and living room. The location is quite central to downtown. The rooms were decorated very nicely and obviously it had been updated recently. The staff members were friendly for this part of Europe. We were even allowed to check in early as we were on a flight that arrived in the morning. We would certainly stay here again.
