The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are lovely and even the smaller rooms have ample space. My only complaint would be the pool area. It is too dark and hard to enjoy. The view from our room was rather depressing but the hotel can’t control that. Also there are many elevators that go to different places. Better descriptions of how to get to the spa and restaurants etc would be helpful. But this hotel is definitely worth a stay!!

Amazing room - modern, clean, great shower and staff were helpful. However turn down, only one of our beds got this with slippers, not both. Also we booked this hotel as a treat so we could also go to the vault but what we weren’t aware of is that it’s closed on Sundays. We also couldn’t have a limited edition collectors coin for the hotel. (Didn’t affect stay but worth knowing).

We had a fabulous 5 night stay at the Marmorosch! It’s in the perfect area for sight seeing in The Old Town and has fantastic amenities. We used the gym, pool and spa everyday, we even managed to fit in a fantastic couples massage. The hotel is beautiful and clean, the breakfast is superb and the staff are all so lovely and helpful. I would recommend this hotel over and over, it did not disappoint at all. With a special thanks to Andrew who was incredibly helpful and an absolute pleasure!
