Especially one of the staff members named Wendy, who also spoke great English. She helped me by suggesting great attractions in Zhangjiajie, arranging me with tickets to each attraction with the best class, and made sure the stay, not only in the hotel but also Zhangjiajie, was absolutely phenomenal. "Absolutely loved my stay here. Ming and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Upon arriving Ming got a map out of the park and advised me on how to spend my two days there. The included breakfast was very robust. The views from the pool/room were awesome and it was dead silent. It's just a 10-15 min walk to the park entrance and it's super easy to get a DiDi called to the hotel to take you into town. The hotel also has a restaurant so it's very easy to do dinner there as well. Can't recommend this place enough :) "
