It was good. Our toilet did not flush property because the float was sticking so I had to keep taking the lid off after every flush. We were inly there one night and a late check in so i was t too worried. Room was clean, bed was excellent, staff was very friendly. Breakfast was included and ok.

Staff and accommodations was more than great. The breakfast is amazing with a cool pancake machine. Best hotel in the city imo especially for the price compared to the holiday inn. For a newer hotel I hope they can up keep the maintenance for future years as it’s in a fancy area in SW Windermere.

Room was clean and staff were amazing. The pillows are awful. Highly recommend bringing your own. The outside of the property is poorly maintained. Tons of weeds and very unkempt. However it is a a good hotel for the price.

The room was really clean when we got there and ready for an early check-in. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating and gave us all the information we needed for the hotel.

6/10 Good

The room was a basic room. No in-room coffee. No bedside lamps. Furniture reminded me of a trip to ikea. The bed was extremely creaky. Having said that, it was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

6/10 Good

Was a very noisy property, could hear the toilet flush down thru pipes from floor above, not very sound proof rooms. Rooms are smaller and have no closet, just a bar with some hangers. Good location for south side and convenient to get around. Breakfast was nothing to write home about with paper plates and plastic cutlery and not near enough seating. After first night we went out and paid for breakfast elsewhere. Overall very mediocre stay at best .

Overall, a great place to stay. Especially convenient for travelers passing through, with easy access to roads connecting the Edmonton area. Shops and restaurants are also close by.

The staff are very helpful and made us feel like we were at home The lobby is very inviting and breakfast was excellent We walked every day over to the mall We love staying here when we visit family in Edmonton

6/10 Good

I liked the lobby, it was clean and smells clean. There's a pool table that you can play with your family and friends. The room is a bit tight and there was no microwave to heat up the food, you will have to go down to the lobby and heat your food there. I think the hotel is good for an overnight stay.

This was the most impressive check-in I have experienced. The lady was extremely organized and polite. The room was good with everything one would need. If you didn’t have something in your room the front desk would be there to help.
