The Moxy is a great hotel. Very conveniently located within walking distance of shopping areas and the historical city center. Clean, safe area around the hotel. I was traveling alone for my first 2 days in Frankfurt and felt very safe staying at the Moxy. Wide variety of items available each morning with the included breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel!

The room very modern, clean and spacious. My one suggestion would be some kind of air circulation in the bathroom as the steam from the shower condensed on the ceiling and then driped down on you for quite a long time. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is ideally located and is within walking distance to the old town as well as the banking distrit, there was no need for transportation other than walking to any of the sights we wanted to see.

The staff at reception Omid (?) was so very helpful & accommodating after our 30 hr travel from Australia. Our room wasn’t ready for check-in but he gave us another room to relax and put our feet up until our room was ready. This small gesture was such a huge help after long tiring travel.

The door to the hall didn’t close. They did not honor my Gold Bonvoy Status. I fell and sprained my ankle due to poor light in the courtyard and they did NOTHING to help. There are very young unprofessional people working here who have no customer service experience
